Essential - £77 per month
A simple, effective monthly treatment focused on maintaining healthy, radiant skin.

Glow - £97 per month
A choice of advanced treatments designed to improve your skin's appearance and leave you looking refreshed, radiant and rejuvenated.

Elite - £147 per month
Our ultimate skin membership, combining advanced treatments, personalised skin guidance and exclusive VIP benefits.

Every membership includes one treatment per calendar month, plus member benefits designed to make looking after your skin easier and more rewarding.

The Skin Society – Terms & Conditions

Monthly Payment

Skin Society membership payments are made monthly through Stripe, our secure payment provider. Your chosen membership fee will be automatically charged to your registered payment card on the same date each month.

If you need to change your payment card details, please contact Novu Skin Studio and a new secure payment link can be provided.

Monthly Treatments

Your membership includes one treatment per calendar month.

Appointments should be booked in advance and are subject to availability. We recommend booking your appointment ahead of time to take advantage of your priority booking benefit.

Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment

The standard Novu Skin Studio cancellation and no-show policy applies to Skin Society appointments.

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you do not attend your appointment without providing the required notice, your treatment for that month will not be rebooked. However, you may choose to gift that month's treatment to someone else.

If You Need to Skip a Month

If you know that you will be unable to attend during a particular month, you have two options:

• Gift that month's treatment to someone else, or
• Arrange to have two treatments within another calendar month, subject to availability and treatment suitability.

Cancelling Your Membership

The Skin Society is a rolling monthly membership and requires 30 days' notice to cancel.

For example, if your membership payment is taken on the 1st of each month, you would need to notify Novu Skin Studio by 1st of February to prevent the next payment being taken on 1st March.

Membership benefits and treatments are subject to the terms of the individual membership tier.
