Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Standard Appointments

To secure your appointment at Novu Skin Studio, a non-refundable £10 deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are paid securely through our online booking system and are deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

We understand that plans can change. As appointments can become booked well in advance, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You will receive an appointment reminder at the 48 hour timeframe to remind you. 

Providing sufficient notice allows us to offer your appointment to another client, including someone on our waiting list.

Cancellation fees

• 48 hours or more notice: Your deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment, subject to availability.
• Less than 48 hours' notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the booked treatment price will apply.
• No-show appointments: 100% of the booked treatment price will be charged.

Cancellation fees apply each time an appointment is cancelled with less than the required notice or missed without notice.

Seasonal Offers & Promotional Treatments

From time to time, Novu may offer seasonal promotions, special offers or discounted treatment prices.

Promotional treatments and special offers may require full payment at the time of booking. These bookings are subject to the specific terms stated with the offer, including any expiry dates, booking restrictions or cancellation conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional and sale-price treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please check the terms of each individual offer before booking, as promotional treatments may have different cancellation and rescheduling conditions from standard appointments.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
