Deposits and Cancellations Policy

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointments require a non refundable £10 deposit. All deposits to be made via bank transfer and appointments will not be confirmed until deposits have been paid. The deposit amount will then be deducted from the treatment total. Details for bank transfers will be provided upon booking.

We understand that sometimes you need to cancel, however as we get so booked up please give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This way, we will be able to adjust our diary accordingly and be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.

Last-minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ will be charged a cancellation fee each time.  Here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees:

  • Less than 48-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the treatment booked. 

  • ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% off the treatment booked.
